Shipping Policy

Orders are processed 1 - 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please understand that there may be potential delays due to COVID-19, a high volume of orders, or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Regarding Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds, the product will be considered received when the product is marked delivered as per the tracking information. Equal Love is not responsible for the customer’s time frame for picking up their delivered products. Equal Love is not responsible for the status of the order or any delay or loss from the shipping carrier after it was shipped. 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@shopequallove.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
