Due to the nature of our products there are no returns or exchanges, but please contact us at email@example.com if you have any problems with your order. There are no returns or exchanges for gift cards.
If you receive a damaged or defective product it must be returned within 5 calendar days after the product has been received. Please contact us before sending an item and for further instructions at firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.
If you provide an address that is considered incorrect or insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
We do not issue replacements for:
- Lost orders with incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Products that were received as requested, however, the customer wishes to have another size/different product instead
Exchange (if applicable)
We cannot provide a replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then we will exchange your product. If the damage is due to Equal Love we will cover a new item and shipping. If the damage is due to USPS and no insurance was purchased, we cannot provide a replacement.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
We only offer refunds if a product is defective or damaged and an exchange is not available or possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.
Late or lost refunds (where applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card first, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

See above for general rules on Returns and Exchanges. If a product was defective or damaged and was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they will know of your return.
