What is your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of our products there are no returns or exchanges, but please contact us at info@shopequallove.com if you have any problems with your order. Read our Return Policy to learn more. 


What are the shipping options? 

For Puerto Rico residents we have a pick-up option available in San Juan. We also have shipping available for Puerto Rico, U.S.A, and worldwide.


When will I receive my order? 

All orders are processed between 5 - 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the package tracking information or with pick-up instructions.
COVID has caused a decrease in the availability of the ingredients, supplies, and materials which has affected our manufacture process. This may cause a delay in your order or that you receive your order divided in different packages as the products become available.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product? 

If you receive a damaged or defective product it must be returned within 5 calendar days after the product has been received. Please contact us before sending an item and for further instructions at info@shopequallove.com.  Read our Return Policy to learn more. 


How do I make changes to an order?

Due to the nature of our products there are no returns or exchanges, but please contact us immediately at info@shopequallove.com if you have any problems with your order. There are no returns or exchanges for gift cards. Read our Return Policy to learn more.


Where and how are =LOVE products made? 

=LOVE is handmade and manufactured in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico by Purple Star Products, Inc.
